Telesales and Support
Location: Mauritius | Reports to: Client Operations | Type: Full-time (UK hours)
The opportunity
ASKspire is a fast-growing business process outsourcing company serving UK and Canadian clients across pharmacy onboarding, compliance, sales support, finance, HR and IT. Our clients trust us with the work that sits closest to their customers — and this is the role that holds that trust together.
This is not a script-reading call centre job. You’ll be the person making sure a patient’s documents are checked, their order reaches the pharmacy, their question gets answered and nothing quietly falls through the cracks. When you do it well, our client’s whole operation runs smoother — and people notice.
What you’ll do
Keep customers moving. You’ll be the first point of contact across phone, chat and email — answering questions, following up leads, reviewing missed calls and making sure every customer gets a fast, human response in clear English.
Keep the pipeline clean. Documents get checked, orders get pushed to the pharmacy, reorders go through on time, and historical orders get reviewed so nothing is left sitting. You’ll own the detail that keeps our client’s service dependable.
In practice, that means:
Checking onboarding and customer documentation for accuracy and completeness
Answering live chats promptly and professionally
Pushing new orders through to the pharmacy
Pushing reorders through to the pharmacy
Managing the inbox and responding to customer emails
Reviewing historical orders to confirm every one has been pushed correctly
Answering inbound calls, making follow-up calls, and working through missed calls
Working confidently across our internal systems and client-specific platforms — full training provided
What we’re looking for
A confident grasp of written and spoken English — you’ll be speaking and writing to UK customers every day
Computer literacy and the ability to move quickly between systems without losing accuracy
Genuine attention to detail — you’re the person who spots the order that didn’t go through
A calm, friendly telephone manner and the patience to help people properly
A team player who works well remotely and communicates without being chased
Previous telephone sales or customer support experience is an advantage, but not essential — we train
Work arrangement
Full-time on UK hours, with shift rotation and occasional Saturday cover
Primarily home-based, with occasional attendance at the office (the company reserves the right to move this role to full-time office based in future)
Full training on our internal systems and our clients’ platforms, plus ongoing support from the team
Why ASKspire
International exposure — you’ll be working directly with UK businesses in regulated, high-value sectors
Real responsibility — this isn’t a queue to clear, it’s a service to run
Training that sticks — we teach you the systems, the sector and the standards properly
Growth — as our client base scales, so do the opportunities to step up into senior support, quality or team lead roles
If you take pride in getting the details right, enjoy talking to people, and want to work with UK clients from day one — we’d like to hear from you.
